Nikita Padda is an experienced and successful project manager and change agent who started her career in healthcare (NHS) as a receptionist 10 years ago. She is currently working as a Transformation Lead leading a number of projects across local health and care systems.

Nikita originally studied to become a primary school teacher, but when this didn’t work out for her, she had to regroup, identify her strengths and how best to use them to move her career forward at pace. She has successfully achieved this and wants to share her insights, work and life experiences with others on how to influence, build relationships and manage upwards to successfully deliver.
