Supporting you to be Brave Part II with Satvinder Aulak and Rubi Gubara-Sannie
Satvinder and Rubi were my special guests for session 7 of my leadership webinar series. This episode is a recording of the session. We continue the conversation we started in episode 2 (Supporting you to be brave Part I) as it was such a powerhouse learning experience and we knew there was so much more we wanted to cover in this topic area. This episode provides you with more practical advice and techniques to take away and use to help you have courageous conversations, because I believe this is a crucial part of being a brave leader.
The episode includes a live demonstration of using a coaching technique to prepare and then have courageous conversations. Satvinder and Rubi also provide practical insights and advice on:
-
Managing conflict
-
Having courageous conversations
-
Understanding psychological safety & intersectionality
-
Supporting you to think about your role in improving inclusivity
