Rubi Gubara-Sannie is Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion at Hounslow & Richmond Community NHS Trust. Prior to this she was the Head of Organisational Development and Learning and she has over 11 years’ experience in training, learning and development in both the private and public sector. She leads the development of the organisation's approach in embedding its culture, values and talent management. She's also been instrumental in championing and raising the profile of its equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
