About Us
Monique is an ambitious award-winning change maker, leadership coach & consultant. She had a 20 year career in healthcare, starting off as a PA and navigated her way up to a high-profile NHS board executive director role.
​Monique has built leadership capability and capacity across organisations; helping to grow and nurture brave, authentic leaders and coach change agents and teams. She transitioned her career path in 2021 to focus on leadership coaching.

Monique co-founded the Bravery in the Boardroom movement in 2022 which focuses on increasing diversity in senior leadership, so boardrooms are more representative of the communities and staff they serve.
